We prefer vector art with all imported graphics and fonts. Any other files in other programs will need to be converted to be compatible with our system.
Yes. We can design new art or recreate existing art for your labels. The first hour of artwork is included with your order. We charge an hourly rate of $95 for each additional hour. If you would like us to help you with this, we will be happy to give you an estimate of how long it will take our graphic designers to handle your request. If you need more than one barcode (for example, multiple products), contact the Uniform Product Code Council. You can contact them at 1-937-435-3870. For a fee, they will issue a set of numbers, which can be used for your product barcode labels. For single barcodes, you can order them from SimplyBarcodes.net. When you have your codes, we can create them for you through our barcode software. Please check out our Artwork Specifications page for more information on barcode requirements.
Rounded corners on labels help to ease application if you are machine applying your labels. If you need labels with 90-degree corners please Contact Us as we consider these special shapes.
No, there is no difference in pricing whether you print your labels in color or black and white.
We carry several labeling materials for you to choose from. Our most popular material is our semi-gloss paper, but we also offer polypropylene (BOPP) materials that are water resistant. We have a very large selection of sizes and shapes of dies you can choose from as well as a list of special shapes. You can view all of the various shapes available in the Instant Quote Tool. Windout direction refers to how the roll of labels will be produced so that the labels are facing the right direction at the time of application. It is only necessary to specify a windout direction when the labels are going to be applied by a machine to your products. This ensures the applicator is receiving and dispensing the labels in the correct direction on the packaging they are being applied to. If you are hand applying your labels you do not have to worry about the windout direction. Review this chart for more windout details.
Yes, we can. All of your labels will be quoted and printed as a four-color process (CMYK). If you have a special color to match, please let us know. We will get as close as we can to your Pantone color.
To reproduce full-color images, typical printing processes use four colors of ink. The four inks are placed on the label in layers of dots that combine to create the illusion of many more colors. CMYK refers to the four ink colors used by the printing press. C is cyan, M is magenta, Y is yellow, and K is black.
Pantone colors are frequently used for spot-color label printing.
All of our labels are produced on rolls, this allows you to choose whether or not you want to apply your labels by hand or machine. We do not have the capabilities of producing labels on sheets.
No. You can order as few or as many labels that you would like. Just fill in the desired amount in the Instant Quote Tool. There is a minimum order charge of $200.

We ship all labels via standard FedEx ground shipping. You will have your choice of ground, overnight, or two-day shipping. Prices will be calculated at checkout.
Once we put a shipping label on your package, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. From that point, you can track your labels all the way to your doorstep.
